Green the Greener European VET Network
At the end of November Pilots in the Czech Republic were organised. There were held three pilots on Life Cycle Approach for
Green Automotive. In total more than 50 trainers and trainees were piloted. The pilots were structured as an interactive
workshop. After the introduction of GREEN VET project, discussion on key facts referring to the development of labour market
and the expected impact of labour shortage, the interactive part devoted to green automotive and carbon footprint was.
At the end of November, three interactive pilots on Life Cycle Approach for Green Automotive were successfully organised in
the Czech Republic as part of the GREEN VET project. These pilots brought together over 50 trainers and trainees and marked
a significant step forward in addressing the need for skilled professionals in the green automotive sector.
They featured a mix of theory and practical activities. The workshops were split into two main sections:
The pilots concluded with a hands-on activity where participants calculated their carbon footprints and
discussed actionable strategies for reducing them. This interactive approach not only enhanced understanding but also
empowered participants to apply these concepts in their personal and professional lives.
The pilots successfully fostered awareness and provided actionable knowledge on sustainable practices in the automotive
sector. Participants left with a deeper understanding of the importance of green skills and practical tools to contribute
to reducing environmental impacts.
